Robocalls and texts
You said stop. The phone kept ringing.
Federal law limits automated calls and marketing texts, and it matters whether you agreed to them and whether you asked them to stop. Most people don’t keep a record, and the record is the case.
We help you build one: dates, numbers, what was said, when you told them to stop. If it supports a claim, we send the company a demand letter that lists every call and text and says what we want. You decide what to do with the answer.
A log of each call and text, built with you
A demand letter that lists them all
A plain answer on whether it supports a claim

What the flat fee covers
The flat fee is for the log, the review and one demand letter.
Your call log
We turn screenshots and call history into one dated record.
Did you agree to them?
We look at where your number came from and whether you said stop.
One demand letter
It goes to the company, with every call and text listed and a deadline.
Included: the log, a review and one demand letter. Not included: a lawsuit, which is a separate written agreement. Some of these laws can make the company pay your lawyer’s fees, and our agreement says how that is handled.
About calls and texts
I don’t have a log. Is it too late?
Phones keep more than people think. Send screenshots of your call history and texts, and we’ll build from there.
Do the calls have to be selling something?
Not always. We’ll look at who called, how, and what you had agreed to.
Is blocking the number enough?
It helps with the ringing, but keep what you have first. A blocked call is still part of the record.
Send us the paper
A lawyer reads it and writes back with what it is and the flat price to deal with it.
